GUY FIERI’S
TRASH CAN NACHOS
The project reimagines the monstrosity that is Guy Fieri's Trash Can Nachos. The delicious nachos are comprised of eight components, including scratch-made queso and flavourful carne asada. The elements are then piled within a small trash container and unveiled to their fateful consumers at the table. I took the chaotic dish and organized it into a meticulous blueprint detailing every ingredient throughout its prep and assembly. This satirical infographic takes recipe instructions to the extreme.
IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS
To be as detailed as possible while maintaining the recipe's integrity, I incorporated sections commonly found in a written recipe. These included the ingredients, the instructions, and an exploded diagram of the final product. The spices are labelled the same as elements on the periodic table to increase the technical nature of the ingredients.
